Beschreibung

• Take full operational responsibility for the US region • Drive the growth of regional sales • Support and organize Branch Managers to efficiently process customer orders • Maintain accountability for complete P&L • Ensure effective flow of communication related to customer service • Oversee compliance with logistics-related operations • Advise managers in recruitment and team development • Establish and execute strategies to improve processes • Maintain detailed awareness of daily KPI’s • Instill and drive a positive working culture

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience managing both sales and operations • Knowledge of building materials, specifically related to cabinetry or the kitchen and bath market • Strong business acumen and experience working with reporting, financial statements, and driving profitability • Related experience from industrial or building materials distribution • A commercial or sales-driven mindset • Deep knowledge/understanding of complete branch office operations • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels internally, as well as with suppliers and customers • KPI-oriented, well organized, with superior communication aptitude
