Beschreibung

• Manage the document scanner portfolio technologies and relationships with sales teams, marketing, third-party partners, and industry stakeholders. • Drive revenue, gross profit, and sales KPIs for the assigned portfolio. • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including successful product launches, lifecycle management, and long-term portfolio planning. • Align solutions and technologies with market requirements, customer needs, and overall company strategy. • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as supply chain, training, legal, IT, and operations. • Execute portfolio strategies aligned with customer segmentation and channel requirements. • Monitor sales KPIs and partner with sales and marketing operations to achieve performance targets and mitigate shortfalls. • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) liaison for RCL and other operating companies. • Apply RISE methodology, including voice-of-customer insights and Gemba activities, to understand real-world needs. • Serve as the primary expert for the portfolio, including competitive analysis, forecasting, and supply chain considerations. • Represent Ricoh as an industry evangelist at conferences, trade shows, and customer events. • Manage financial budgets for the assigned portfolio. • Partner with Program Managers to provide insights that drive strategic initiatives. • Ensure business requirements are incorporated into all product initiatives. • Stay informed on industry trends, innovations, and competitive developments, particularly in digital technology and e-commerce.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product or solution management. • Minimum of 10 years of experience within the relevant business or technology domain. • Sales experience or CDIA+ certification is a plus. • Experience managing products, processes, and (where applicable) teams.
