Beschreibung

• Own ad operations execution across paid search, social, display, and OTT, including pixel configuration, server-side tracking, event passback, and targeting parameter setup • Establish and maintain UTM tracking guidelines and campaign tagging standards • Audit and troubleshoot tracking discrepancies, under-reporting, or data leakage across ad platforms • Champion data governance, documentation, and deliverability best practices across the martech stack • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and safeguard domain/IP health • Manage data inflows and outflows within an enterprise ESP or CDP while maintaining data hygiene • Build and orchestrate customer journeys within Braze or a comparable ESP, including dynamic content logic • Manage Google Tag Manager containers, including tag, trigger, and variable maintenance • Query and model data in SQL to support targeting, audiences, and reporting • Act as the technical translator between marketing, analytics, and engineering stakeholders

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of hands-on ad operations experience across paid search, social, display, and OTT, including event passback and pixel implementation • and/or 4+ years governing enterprise ESPs or CDPs, including data inflows/outflows and data hygiene • Fluent in SQL, comfortable querying, transforming, and modeling complex datasets • Experience with Braze Liquid logic, Connected Content, and complex canvas/journey orchestration, or the equivalent in a comparable ESP • Working knowledge of deliverability best practices and compliance frameworks, including CAN-SPAM and domain/IP reputation • Strong, hands-on familiarity with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and URL parameterization • Deep experience at either a startup or a larger, more established organization • Fintech, lending, or other regulated-industry experience a plus • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, display, OTT/CTV ad platforms, Braze or comparable enterprise ESP/CDP, SQL, data warehouses, and attribution/tracking tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust
