Beschreibung

• Reporting to the Director, HSEQ, the Quality Manager, US is responsible for the overall development, management, coordination, and delivery of the Quality Management System for the company’s US portfolio of projects. • The Quality Manager, US is accountable for the planning and drafting of projects’ quality system requirements (including Inspection and test Plans) and implementation of projects’ quality control plans, while ensuring that the Rising Edge’s quality management system is ISO 9001 compliant. • This role is responsible to for the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle of the QMS and will work with the Quality Manager, Canada on improvements as required. • The Quality Manager US is a working manager position and will provide technical support to the Field Quality Inspectors while monitoring quality assurance activities aimed to establish system efficiency and effectiveness.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience in Risk identification and management, change management and continuous improvement strongly preferred • Must have prior experience in developing and maintaining QMS, product conformity, materials management systems and general knowledge of Project and Construction Management • At least 7 years of Quality assurance and Quality control experience, preferably in a construction industry, required • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field. • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Training • Having at least 10 years of field experience in High Voltage industry would be an asset • Electrical Journeyman Certificate would be an asset • Ability to conduct internal audits effectively, gather requirements, results analysis and standards interpretation considered an asset • Excellent verbal and written communications skills required • Proficient in MS SharePoint, MS Word, and MS Excel • Bluebeam and internal data systems (procore, sitedocs etc) are an asset • Ability to interpret engineering drawings • Ability to interpret contracts
