Beschreibung

• Lead the strategy and direction of the SpheraCloud platform product • Guide product priorities and enhancements from idea stage through full production • Develop new ideas based on industry experience and partner and customer feedback • Collaborate with solution areas to develop and deliver functionality for SpheraCloud cloud-based solutions • Partner with internal and external customers, business lines and Agile teams to evolve assigned products • Define product vision and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business priorities • Develop and communicate the software development roadmap to internal and external stakeholders • Define and prioritize the release backlog with engineering counterparts and product owners/managers • Work with development and engineering teams to define architecture, user experience and product capabilities • Ensure overall quality delivery of solutions to customers • Research market requirements and forecasts for portfolio opportunities and platform advancement • Document and maintain competitor profiles • Support market positioning with branding and marketing teams • Document buying processes and identify sales enablement tools and partner channels • Create training and tools for Sales, Services and Customer Care • Maintain platform product success metrics and roadmap • Balance maintenance, architecture and new feature priorities to maximize release value • Define planned release dates and content • Represent customers in team meetings • Develop personas and related product capabilities • Participate in release, product and sprint retrospectives • Surface issues, identify fixes and advance projects • Maintain and report product status, including burn up/burn down and velocity charts • Maintain release backlog and focus on product deliverables • Partner with stakeholders to create a shared platform vision and optimal product outcomes • Lead cross-functional teams for key company initiatives • Contribute to Go-To-Market teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Computer Science, and/or Business/Marketing • 5+ years of experience with software platform design concepts and components • 5+ years of Product Management experience is desirable • 3+ years of people management experience • Experience managing enterprise software applications and/or large-scale product initiatives, in particular SaaS applications • Strong understanding of Agile Product Management and Software Development methodologies • Proven ability to communicate with customers, stakeholders, salespeople, and executives • Knowledge of modern technology and architectural patterns • Knowledge of product development in Cloud environment • Knowledge of products based on services and APIs • Strong conceptual and analytical skills to form the basis of well-researched and documented plans • Proven record as a self-motivated, performance-driven professional • Sound business judgement, common sense and insight • Consistent alignment with Sphera values and ethical principles
