Beschreibung

• Work with key project stakeholders and customers to understand the business vision and translate it into actionable objectives • Provide a communication conduit between business and technical communities by translating business needs into technical requirements • Comprehend and document requirements from multiple stakeholders and conceptualize solutions • Develop a deep understanding of current systems and processes and analyze the impact of changes as new solutions are introduced • Collaborate with business owners, sales, QA, and development teams • Collaborate with other BSAs to manage interdependencies across the product suite • Assist in developing and validating test plans • Develop and provide product presentations and training to existing and potential customers • Maintain working knowledge of Sphera’s HMMS Suite application • Coordinate with software developers, QA, and project teams to draft user stories and related documentation • Perform problem-solving and other duties as assigned • Complete required Sphera and government training courses as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• U.S. Citizen • Ability to verify U.S. employment eligibility using Form I-9 • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance and Common Access Card • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a technology related field; equivalent work experience may be substituted for education • Minimum 10+ years’ experience in a software organization, preferably in software development • Ability to pass a drug test • Six-month trial/probationary period may be required • Experience with tools and methodologies specific to assigned product lines preferred • Experience managing products involving large-scale data-driven applications preferred • Experience in data analysis preferred • Demonstrated leadership/supervisory experience • Extensive user interface design experience • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications • Ability to assess product opportunities through market research and client feedback, including market sizing, pricing, costing, and ROI analysis • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Extreme project development methodology preferred • Negotiation skills • Data analysis skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Presentation skills for large and diverse audiences • Ability to envision, document, and clearly communicate end-to-end solutions • Skilled in creating process flows and swim lane diagrams in Visio • Ability to build relationships with business and technical team members and managers • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong ownership and accountability to deliver planned results • Extremely detail-oriented • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment • Aptitude to understand the business impact and business value of technical solutions • Department of Defense experience is a plus • Knowledge of Environmental and/or Logistics Processes is a plus • Strong customer service orientation • Ability to learn client-specific processes, terminology, systems, and unique requirements • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Travel may be required
