Beschreibung

• Serve as the senior relationship lead for assigned accounts, owning overall client satisfaction and retention • Identify strategic opportunities, risks, and growth areas within client portfolios • Lead high-stakes client meetings, presentations, and strategic reviews • Manage escalations and navigate complex client situations • Lead comprehensive digital strategy plans, including channel mix recommendations, audience strategies, and program roadmaps • Develop and manage multi-channel budgets and revenue projections • Integrate email, CRO, digital media, and texting into unified programs • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Pod Managers and internal RKD teams • Align internal teams around client priorities, scope, timelines, and goals • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the fulfillment process • Mentor and guide Coordinators and support their day-to-day work • Provide feedback on work quality and elevate team capabilities • Oversee performance analysis across digital programs and translate results into client recommendations • Champion a test-and-learn culture and apply insights to future strategy • Monitor portfolio-level performance trends and alert leadership to risks or opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field • 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing or agency account management • Proven track record managing complex client relationships and multi-channel digital programs • Strong budget management skills • Strong strategic planning skills • Strong presentation skills • Experience mentoring or leading junior team members • Advanced degree is a plus • No sponsorships available for this position
