Beschreibung

• Design, build, and test the APIs and services that power RoadieXD • Develop internal and customer-facing tools, primarily in React, that enable our cross-dock operations to scale efficiently • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations to solve complex logistics challenges and deliver high-impact features • Influence architecture and technical design decisions that improve the scalability, reliability, and performance of the Roadie platform • Write clean, maintainable code backed by automated testing, thoughtful code reviews, and modern engineering best practices • Continuously improve existing systems by identifying opportunities to enhance performance, developer experience, and long-term maintainability

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production applications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience • Experience building scalable, distributed systems and APIs in production environments • Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Ruby on Rails, Java, C#, Python, etc.) and experience working with modern frontend frameworks such as React • Experience designing, building, and maintaining reliable, well-tested software • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges • Ability to make thoughtful technical decisions and balance short-term needs with long-term maintainability • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience partnering across Engineering, Product, and other cross-functional teams • Curiosity, ownership, and a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
