Beschreibung

• Own the Salesforce ecosystem end-to-end and lead a distributed team of 10+ engineers across the US and India • Set technical direction, define engineering standards, and make platform versus off-platform architectural decisions • Design and oversee complex Salesforce integrations with internal and third-party applications using event-driven, near-real-time patterns • Lead implementation of Salesforce Data 360 for marketing segmentation and evolve Agentforce and AI-enriched data pipelines • Design security-first architectural patterns and proactively manage platform health, security, data residency, and system integrity • Serve as final authority on design and code reviews and establish global engineering standards • Embed security into the development lifecycle and use Salesforce Health Check and Optimizer to maintain platform integrity • Build and enforce automated linting, testing, and security review gates using tools such as Checkmarx • Define frameworks and tooling for engineering speed, quality, and compliance • Evolve Python-driven CI/CD pipelines and automate feasible SDLC steps to support multiple deployments per day • Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to 10+ senior and junior engineers • Independently design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce applications and integrations using Apex, LWC, and declarative features • Design and maintain back-end services, APIs, and automation workflows using Node.js, Python, Azure, and AWS • Build and manage ETL data pipelines on Azure and Salesforce Data 360 • Define data contracts and standards for Salesforce enterprise integrations through REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures • Expand Agentforce capabilities and implement Einstein Copilot, predictive analytics, generative AI, LLMs, and ML initiatives • Develop and optimize high-performance front-end applications using React.js/Next.js and web component architecture • Participate in Agile roadmap planning, technical direction, and comprehensive peer code reviews • Collaborate with product managers, data science teams, and business partners to define technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with deep, sustained focus on the Salesforce ecosystem • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Cloud/360, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or similar marketing automation platform • Expert-level command of Salesforce Apex, LWC, Metadata API, and highly customized enterprise instances • Strong professional experience building off-platform applications in Azure using Node.js or Python • Deep SDLC experience, SF CLI, Git, and ownership of automated CI/CD pipelines • Solid foundations in relational database design, REST/SOAP web services, and asynchronous messaging patterns • Familiarity with Salesforce Data 360 and emerging AI/agentic workflows • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field • Experience with advanced declarative Salesforce features, including Flows and Process Builders • Experience with Azure, AWS, ETL, REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architectures, React.js/Next.js, and web component architecture • Successful completion of a background check as a condition of employment
