Beschreibung

• Drive a full sales cycle within the MM market, achieving or overachieving sales targets. • Build relationships to maximize successful outcomes. • Prospect regularly and add new prospects to the sales funnel. • Present the company and product by phone, online demo, or face-to-face. • Develop sales strategies and plans to close sales while balancing customer needs. • Understand and identify customer or department needs and business complexities. • Manage the sales process and develop strategic account plans, solutions, and presentations. • Move sales through the entire process while engaging Fiix resources. • Produce recommendations based on customer pain points and educate customers on industry trends and best practices. • Track project milestones and timelines while managing customer expectations. • Keep current with industry trends and tools. • Work with marketing and product teams to develop efficient paths to successful and profitable customers. • Prospect through high-volume outreach programs. • Mentor junior sales representatives through feedback and guidance. • Build and manage a quantifiable 12-month sales pipeline. • Report to the Director, Global High Velocity Sales.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience. • The ability to travel 30% of the time. • 5+ years of experience managing and closing complex B2B sales cycles preferably in a SaaS software or technology environment. • An understanding of how to quickly develop relationships with potential customers. • Comfortable presenting a company and a product to anyone, in any setting whether that is over the phone through an online demo or face-to-face. • Ability to present the value of a solution to meet individual customer needs. • 5+ years of experience using the sales CRM tool (Salesforce) to manage pipeline.
