Beschreibung

• Support the build and maintenance of production, development, and test platform and reference-data configuration components on the global Customer Data Master platform • Develop and maintain the Customer Data Master in Informatica C360 • Review entity, attribute, and hierarchy lists and deliver design recommendations for C360 data modeling and development • Build, test, and deploy additional data attributes and required data model and data mapping extensions • Build, test, and deploy changes to source-data ingresses and egresses resulting from CDM data changes • Deliver ingress and egress CDI/API process designs using recommended patterns for SAP, Snowflake, Adobe, Treasure Data, Mulesoft, and Salesforce • Design and deliver best practices for Data Quality, match and merge, survivorship, and data enrichment for C360 • Design and deliver C360 and R360 workflows and CAI/API components • Set up secure agents, network configuration, SSO, and user provisioning with Lead Users • Deliver and maintain user-role definitions and reference data • Participate in solutioning and design sessions • Conduct reviews and health checks for sprint deliverables and demonstrate C360 capabilities to project and business teams • Support the CDM team with specialist C360 and customer-data knowledge • Ensure Customer Master Database quality and integrity through testing and validation • Help ensure compliance with GDPR and CCPA and build and test security measures protecting customer information • Maintain user guides, technical specifications, and process documentation • Develop and continuously improve the end-to-end customer data management process

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–7 years of experience • Hands-on experience with the Informatica CDM platform, preferably the SaaS version, using Customer360, Business360, Reference360, Data Quality, and Administration • Proven experience building/configuring, testing, and deploying Informatica CDM C360 • Proven experience designing and developing CDI data integrations, including ingresses and egresses • Essential SQL skills • Ability to organize and structure development/configuration, testing, and deployment activities in agile and waterfall delivery models • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience working in an Agile development environment • Basic familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, and experience implementing security measures • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with project delivery tools such as JIRA and Confluence • Knowledge of Snowflake, Salesforce, SAP, or Treasure Data would be a plus • Cloud Data Integration or Cloud Application Integration certifications; Informatica certification would be a plus
