Beschreibung

• Identify and assess automation opportunities, recommending the most suitable solutions and technologies • Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using platforms such as UiPath and Power Automate • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and process owners to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions • Provide technical guidance, support best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives • Troubleshoot complex automation issues and ensure solutions remain scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives • Mentor developers and support the growth of the wider automation community

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience delivering automation solutions in enterprise environments • Strong knowledge of automation platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar • Experience designing, building, and supporting automation solutions across the full delivery lifecycle • Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and related technologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Experience working with stakeholders across business and IT teams, including senior leaders • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools such as Git • Knowledge of AI, intelligent automation, or programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript would be an advantage • Excellent communication skills • Professional-level English
