Beschreibung

• Lead integration of Global Trade requirements into Digital Technology across Pratt & Whitney and its global sites • Advise Digital Technology and business transformation initiatives on Global Trade compliance • Translate Global Trade requirements into business and technology requirements • Identify compliance risks, gaps and misalignment; recommend solutions and drive issues to resolution or escalation • Own assigned Global Trade technology capabilities, including jurisdiction/classification and authorization tools, identity management, control ID management and employee management solutions • Provide functional oversight for infrastructure, cloud, data platforms, DevSecOps, AI/Analytics and file-sharing environments • Oversee incorporation of Global Trade controls into system architecture, processes and technology solutions • Lead requirements for master data, recordkeeping and logging, ensuring data quality, traceability and regulatory compliance • Co-lead AECS capabilities and workstreams, advancing automation, data-driven controls and Attribute-Based Access Control • Support digital portfolio planning, prioritization, delivery tracking, risk management, dependency management and budget/resource planning • Drive initiatives from requirements through implementation • Lead cross-functional teams across Global Trade, Digital Technology and the business • Represent Global Trade on enterprise and corporate initiatives • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve compliance through technology, data and processes • Provide senior leadership with visibility into progress, risks, decisions and recommendations • Travel between company sites as required, approximately 10%

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in roles engaging compliance with ITAR, EAR, and U.S. sanctions regulations using automated export compliance tools such as classification software and SAP-GTS; OR an advanced degree and 7+ years of relevant experience • Must be a U.S. Person, including a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or qualifying protected individual • Broad knowledge of jurisdiction and classification, authorizations and licensing, tangible and intangible transfers, sanctions and screening • Experience with automated export compliance tools such as classification software and SAP-GTS • Security clearance is not required
