Beschreibung

• Represent the organization on contractual matters and provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders • Ensure contracting activities comply with corporate policies, procedures, and governance requirements • Lead negotiation and execution of complex commercial contracts • Review customer RFPs, assess requirements and terms, support proposal development, and coordinate internal approvals • Identify contractual and business risks and recommend mitigation strategies • Partner with program management and understand relevant products, services, and technical considerations • Deliver strategic analysis and recommendations for business and contractual decisions • Prepare accurate, complete, and professionally formatted negotiation and contractual documentation • Maintain organized, audit-ready contract files • Manage multiple projects of varying complexity while meeting deadlines and quality expectations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • Commercial aerospace contract experience, ideally supporting airlines, airframe manufacturers, and aftermarket programs or services • U.S. citizenship required • Must be authorized to access information under the program/contract as a U.S. citizen • Ability to represent the organization on contractual matters • Strong commercial aerospace aftermarket contracting experience • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to produce clean and professional documentation • Ability to follow established processes and standards • Strong organizational discipline • Ability to navigate evolving digital tools and competing priorities
