Beschreibung

• Understand program requirements and Statements of Work (SOWs) to determine program component environmental / characteristic application requirements. • Provide technology insertion and parts selection/standardization guidance while adhering to business, component parametric, application environmental and circuit application constraints. • Generate and revise component drawings and associated verification data packages. • Review of electronic component and assembly reliability and construction data, and preparation of such data as to facilitate Part and Material Control Board review and adjudication. • Perform alternate part investigations and generate comparison matrices showing the differences and similarities of the parts. • Interface with multiple internal stakeholders and external suppliers/manufacturers to develop component risk and verification delineation. • Facilitate component selection and libraries application through the coordination and generation of the program Bill of Material (BOM) in a collaboration toolset. • Present component standardization, design library, obsolescence management and termination finish risk results in support of design reviews for a program.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience with any combination of the following: • Experience with integrated circuits, semiconductors, and passive devices. • Knowledge of component selection, screening, qualification, and derating for use in military and aerospace flight applications. • Knowledge of Component MIL drawings, standards, test specifications, and associated QPLs and QMLs. • Experience with BOM (Bill of Material) development and management for developmental and production programs.
