Beschreibung

• Support and scale Rula’s Accounting function through accounting excellence and process optimization • Oversee all Corporate Accounting areas (excluding Revenue and Payroll) • Manage a team and own the company’s Technical Accounting function • Ensure day-to-day accounting operations in accordance with US GAAP • Drive the preparation of technical accounting memos • Identify opportunities to strengthen accounting policies and processes • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing process enhancements

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Accounting • 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams • Strong knowledge of US GAAP • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • Active CPA license
