Beschreibung

• Assess customer data models and architectures and determine modifications needed for compliant SysML and/or UAF models • Develop and maintain prototype software pipelines and data transformation workflows for automated SysML and/or UAF model generation and validation • Use Cameo to develop and iterate behavioral and structural diagrams supporting BPMN workflows, mission threads, operational scenarios, and program data • Lead quality assurance, validation, and refinement of SysML and UAF outputs • Collaborate with internal teammates, sister organizations, and customers through MS Teams, video conferences, and email • Participate in requirements elicitation sessions, design reviews, and trade studies • Provide remote and in-person product demonstrations and customer training • Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other team meetings • Manage tasks and deliverables in Jira and provide status updates • Escalate risks and issues proactively • Operate in compliance with DoD security requirements and properly handle classified information and CUI

🎯 Anforderungen

• US Citizen with Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility • Bachelor's degree in engineering (aerospace, mechanical, electrical, systems, software, or equivalent discipline) or equivalent relevant experience with justification • 5+ years of professional experience in systems engineering, digital engineering, or related technical roles • 3+ years of hands-on Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience, including practical application of SysML methodology • 2+ years of direct experience with Cameo Systems Modeler, including advanced features such as custom profiles, model transformations, and integration with external tools • Proficient working knowledge of SysML v1.x and/or v2.x • Proficient working knowledge of Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) and alignment with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) • Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, processes, and best practices (INCOSE, IEEE 15288, or equivalent frameworks) • Demonstrated expertise in requirements management, traceability, and configuration management • Advanced proficiency with MS Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills • Exceptional written and spoken English skills • Ability to establish professional relationships with DoD personnel, contractors, and government representatives • Preferred: experience in highly regulated industries • Preferred: practical experience with DoD acquisition processes • Preferred: familiarity with DoD IT standards, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, DoD RMF, or system security engineering practices • Preferred: experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban • Preferred: hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools • Preferred: experience with data modeling, ontologies, or knowledge graphs • Preferred: exposure to software development tools, APIs, or pipeline automation, including Jenkins, Git, or Python scripting • Preferred: certification in MBSE, systems engineering, or related disciplines
