Beschreibung

• Define the vision and roadmap for how AI-driven insights support organizational objectives • Identify opportunities where AI can enhance decision-making, uncover trends, and create competitive advantage • Partner with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with long-term business priorities and to define success metrics • Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, operations, and finance leaders to embed AI insights into decision-making • Partner with IT and data engineering to ensure scalable, secure data pipelines and infrastructure while establishing best practices for model monitoring, testing, and lifecycle management • Drive organizational adoption of AI tools and insights through storytelling, education, and stakeholder engagement while advocating for AI literacy across the organization • Continuously improve models and strategies based on performance, adoption, and business outcomes.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science with a specific emphasis on AI utilization and implementation • Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field preferred • Strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and data visualization • Proven track record of applying AI insights to solve business challenges and drive results • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into business value • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and ethical AI best practices • Seasoned self-starter who is eager to apply business learnings across a portfolio of clients and drive insights • Ability to develop and own stakeholder relationships • Ability to work collaboratively in a consultative role • Significant experience communicating complex ideas to non-technical audiences • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills • A proactive approach to problem-solving and adding value.
