Beschreibung

• Manage case management functions for a caseload of foster homes • Complete facility logs documenting monthly phone calls to foster homes without foster youth placements • Complete quarterly environmental audits for assigned foster homes • Complete annual interim paperwork for assigned foster homes • Track foster parent training hours and compliance paperwork • Complete Individual Training Needs Assessments every six months • May conduct foster parent training • Assist with auditing foster home files • May facilitate foster parent support groups • Assist recruiter with retention duties • Document home visits, support sessions, interactions, and incidents • Maintain compliance with monthly and quarterly STARS standards • Assist clinical staff with surveys and tools • Collect and organize paperwork from foster parents and foster youth • Report concerns or incidents involving assigned youth or foster parents to clinical staff • Plan schedules with the supervisor and document activities on weekly logs • Assist with divisional trainings, activities, and special events • Meet with the supervisor at least monthly for staffing • Submit required monthly, quarterly, and other reports on time • Maintain positive working relationships with SAFY staff, youth, foster parents, referring agencies, and stakeholders • Attend relevant meetings, seminars, trainings, conferences, and workshops • Participate in assigned committees and chair committees if appointed • Maintain state and national organization liaisons if appointed • May provide rotating or 24-hour on-call crisis support • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, sociology, child & family studies, or another approved related field of human services • One year of relevant experience with the listed degree • Administrative experience required • Experience with Microsoft Office products, agency databases, online systems, and other required computer software • Valid driver license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance coverage to meet travel requirements • May require transporting youth if needed • Willingness to travel to the division closest to where the employee is based • Ability to attend required meetings, trainings, seminars, conferences, and workshops • Ability to complete required education hours per year • Ability to participate in on-call coverage 24 hours or on a rotating basis • Sensitivity and responsiveness to cultural differences
