Beschreibung

• Support the North Central sales regions for Healthcare accounts as a pre-sales Solution Engineer • Partner with direct and channel sales teams to support SailPoint’s growth objectives • Actively participate in the sales process • Discover and understand customer requirements and align SailPoint solutions to those requirements • Present SailPoint business functions, value, and competitive differences • Provide product demonstrations to prospective customers • Assist with RFP responses in coordination with the RFP response team • Participate in onsite and remote Proof of Value evaluations • Provide feedback to Product Management on product enhancements • Learn the Identity Security and Identity Management space • Handle initial demos and discussions in IGA • Attend Revenue Onboarding and Challenger Sales training • Hone technical discovery skills through SE Scrum groups • Coordinate with Account Executives before and after client calls, tying presentations to business value • Contribute to technical collateral for organization-wide use • Grow familiarity with IT audit functions and regulatory frameworks including SOX, HIPAA, NERC-CIP, GDPR, and CCPA • Speak at national or regional conferences and meetups • Network and build a personal brand • Articulate SailPoint’s business value as a strategic sale • Communicate with clients outside IT, including HR, Finance, risk management, counsel, and lines of business • Become fluent in the language of Identity Security

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise software company (B2B) • Excellent written and verbal communications skills • Working knowledge of technical infrastructure including web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, and directories • Conversant in modern SaaS architecture • Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, Azure/AWS/GCP is desirable • 3+ years working with Identity, Governance and Access Management solutions is preferred • Residence in any North Central State is required: Missouri, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, or Minnesota • Flexibility to travel within the US is necessary • BA/BS or global equivalent is preferred, not required • 8 years of related experience
