Beschreibung

• Design, build, and manage a world-class partner program from the ground up, with a focus on continuous innovation and improvement. • Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our partner portal to ensure a seamless and engaging partner experience. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner programs and initiatives, providing regular reports to stakeholders. • Develop and deliver training and enablement resources to empower our partners to succeed. • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our partner programs.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in partner program management, preferably in the cybersecurity or identity security space. • Proven experience in creating, maintaining, and innovating partner programs. • Demonstrated experience in building and enhancing partner portals, with a strong focus on user experience. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for partner success. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
