• Manage a team of sales professionals who sell direct to end users • Leverage support of influential channel partners • Work with Talent Acquisition to identify candidates for open requisitions • Develop plans with marketing and partner teams for white space opportunities • Collaborate with various functions to maximize insights • Evaluate the quality of pipeline and forecasting process

🎯 Anforderungen

• Successful track record of leading sales teams within high growth SaaS or Cyber-sec organizations • Experience leading sales during a transition from on-prem to SaaS • Strong analytical abilities for pipeline and forecasting • Ability to act as an inspirational leader to teams
