Beschreibung

• Lead, grow, and develop a high-performing team of digital stylists • Own full accountability for team sales performance • Develop and execute business-driving strategies • Drive personalized, high-impact client engagement strategies • Oversee content and styling standards • Host structured business reviews and sales-focused team meetings • Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and other teams • Continuously optimize workflows and outreach strategy • Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins and business coaching sessions • Track, analyze, and act on weekly and monthly sales and engagement metrics • Act as a central collaborator across Saks Global selling function

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of experience in fashion, digital selling, or client development • minimum of 3 years in a people management or team leadership role • Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding performance targets • Expertise in digital clienteling tools, CRM systems, and virtual styling platforms • Exceptional storytelling, styling, and content creation skills • Analytical, strategic, and execution-focused • Strong cross-functional collaborator • Deep passion for customer experience and team development
