Beschreibung

• Develop sophisticated and high-impact visual designs across digital, print, social media, email, packaging, retail, and advertising • Translate seasonal campaigns and brand strategies into cohesive creative assets supporting business objectives • Design editorial-style layouts showcasing fashion, beauty, and lifestyle products • Create typography, layouts, color systems, and graphic elements reinforcing brand identity • Partner with Creative Directors and Art Directors to bring campaign concepts to life • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and production teams throughout the creative process • Prepare production-ready files and oversee projects through final delivery • Maintain and evolve brand standards while introducing innovative design solutions • Present creative work to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback • Mentor junior designers through guidance, critiques, and best practices • Stay informed on fashion, design, typography, digital, and cultural trends • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within fashion, luxury retail, beauty, or lifestyle brands • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, editorial design, and visual storytelling • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Advanced proficiency in Figma • Strong understanding of print production, digital design, color management, and production file preparation • Experience designing across digital, social media, email, e-commerce, print, packaging, and retail environments • Excellent typography, composition, and layout skills with a fashion-forward aesthetic • Knowledge of luxury branding, fashion trends, visual culture, and consumer behavior • Ability to translate creative direction into compelling, on-brand design solutions • Experience collaborating with Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, Photography, Copywriting, and Production teams • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency • Experience mentoring junior designers and providing constructive creative feedback • Motion graphics, animation, video editing, digital collages, mixed-media compositions, and concept-driven visual narratives are preferred or a plus
