Beschreibung

• Lead one or more workstreams in sophisticated enterprise customer engagements • Partner with key collaborators to drive the customer vision and complete key deliverables • Advise customers hands-on using solution, technical, Salesforce product, industry, consulting, and client-business knowledge • Deliver customer return on investment • Present and facilitate solution vision and execution with customers • Drive difficult conversations and remove roadblocks to implementing business strategies • Analyze issues and obstacles, resolve root causes, and identify corrective actions • Engage with customer product owners, business process owners, technical resources, and C-suite stakeholders • Understand customer requirements, analyze information, and craft comprehensive solutions • Act as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert for complex enterprise customers • Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that increase business value • Guide agents to support delivery • Teach complex concepts and provide creative, prescriptive recommendations across client organizational levels • Identify and proactively manage risks through complete resolution • Manage customer expectations and negotiate complex solutions with customers and third-party partners • Review and correct project or program direction, approach, and key artifacts • Keep programs on track and ensure solutions remain extendable and maintainable • Drive program vision and articulate project strategies enabling Salesforce platform technologies • Steward Salesforce Professional Services Methodology • Engage with Customer Success and Product teams to achieve value objectives • Contribute to thought leadership and standard methodologies within cloud-specific practice teams and the broader marketplace

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projects using waterfall and agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle • 3+ years of experience in Consumer Goods with practical Consumer Goods Cloud experience and deep understanding of Retail Execution and Trade Promotion Management • Extensive experience with configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform • Experience with AI toolchains such as Claude, Cursor, and Elements Cloud • Expert-level experience defining system architecture landscapes, identifying gaps between current and desired end states, and delivering comprehensive solutions • Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system and functional designs • Experience documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, and sequence diagrams • Strong presentation skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work as a team player on large-scale or enterprise implementations with multiple workstreams • Ability to communicate with people in diverse roles • Resourceful and innovative problem-solving ability • Willingness to travel up to 50% • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline is preferred; equivalent demonstrable work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered • Proven results delivering high-value business outcomes using an agile approach are preferred • Relevant Salesforce certifications and accreditations, including CG Cloud and REX Accreditation, are preferred • Consulting experience is strongly recommended
