Beschreibung

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients • Lead one or more workstreams in complex enterprise customer engagements • Partner with key collaborators and stakeholders to drive engagement and program vision • Complete key deliverables and lead execution with customers • Co-create solutions and obtain customer acceptance of delivered solutions • Drive difficult conversations and remove roadblocks to execute business strategies • Analyze issues and obstacles, determine root causes, and identify corrective actions • Communicate with technical and business stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite • Interact with customer product owners, business process owners, and technical resources to understand requirements and analyze information • Craft and design comprehensive solutions for customer business challenges • Apply Salesforce product knowledge, industry experience, consulting experience, and client business knowledge to deliver customer ROI • Follow Professional Services Methodology and ensure standard processes or best practices are followed • Engage with Customer Success and Product teams to achieve value objectives • Contribute to thought leadership and best practices internally and externally • Lead internal pivotal initiatives to grow the consulting practice and contribute to the community knowledge base • Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying technologies that increase business value • Teach sophisticated concepts and provide creative, prescriptive thinking across client organizations • Proactively manage risk areas through complete resolution • Lead customer expectations and negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners • Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts • Drive program vision and advise on strategies enabling Salesforce platform technologies

🎯 Anforderungen

• Senior Solution Architect: 10+ years of experience • Solution Consulting Director: 12+ years of experience • Must have led multiple large engagements, multi-cloud or multi-workstream, as the lead Architect across all workstreams within Field Service Management and/or Field Service and Operations • Understanding of challenges of large engagements and best practices for ensuring success • Advanced industry knowledge and understanding of nuances of delivering Salesforce implementations in that industry • Extensive experience with configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform • Expert-level experience defining system architecture landscapes, identifying gaps between current and desired end states, and delivering comprehensive solutions • Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system and functional designs • Experience documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, and similar tools • Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate rationale to varied stakeholders • Ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Must be a team player, demonstrated through customer qualification of a large-scale/enterprise implementation with multiple workstreams • Ability to communicate with people in diverse roles • Resourceful and innovative problem-solving ability • Success as a people leader/people manager • Experience leading internal initiatives to improve business processes • Preferred: proven results delivering high-value business outcomes using an agile approach • Preferred: proven results leading customer and/or partner success stories • Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience are strongly recommended
