Beschreibung

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Data 360 internally and with customers • Act as a strategic advisor helping customers unlock data from enterprise systems • Help meet or exceed customer goals and metrics while providing Data 360 best-practice insights • Deliver high client satisfaction by ensuring value is realized through each engagement • Manage multiple strategic clients simultaneously to meet or exceed utilization targets • Become a trusted advisor to customers and the Data 360 community • Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to grow services and expand assigned accounts • Maintain expertise in the evolving product roadmap and broader data-platform landscape through continuous learning • Lead evaluation of technical solution options and present and educate customers and partners • Identify and proactively manage risks through complete issue resolution • Assess and shape customers’ technical landscapes • Support cross-functional knowledge sharing, reusable assets, best practices, and talent-development activities • Influence groups, facilitate implementation and architecture discussions, and lead transformation strategy and executive-level requirements and solution presentations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Relevant Salesforce Data 360 or equivalent Customer Data Platform experience, such as Adobe AEP, Tealium AudienceStream, Segment, ActionIQ, or Treasure Data • Relevant Salesforce experience with Sales & Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud • Related Salesforce certifications are a plus, including Data 360 Consultant, AI Specialist, Data Architect, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, or Sales Cloud Consultant • Data warehouse experience preferred, such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, SQL Server, or Adobe marketing databases • Experience with data management, data transformation, and ETL, preferably using cloud-based tools or infrastructure • Data architecture experience such as data profiling, data quality analysis, MDMs, and fuzzy matching conventions is a plus • Ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids • Ability to conceptualize and create sophisticated diagrams and documents • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and thoroughly • Expertise gathering and analyzing information related to data integration, subscriber management, and identity resolution • Experience with AI-related data integration technologies and concepts, including RAG, vector databases, search indexes, and knowledge bases, is a plus • Demonstrated ability to influence groups, facilitate solutions, lead discussions, and present to executives • Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Privacy concepts and regulations is a plus • BA/BS degree or foreign equivalent • Willingness to travel when needed; expected travel is less than 50% • Passion for customer success, learning, leadership, clear communication, storytelling, teamwork, urgency, trust, adaptability, and community contribution
