Beschreibung

• Serve as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to major life sciences enterprise customers • Architect and deliver agentic, AI-first solutions across commercial and clinical operations • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients • Lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice • Contribute to the community's knowledge base and expertise • Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies to increase business value • Manage risk areas proactively through complete resolution • Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems with customers and third-party partners • Review and correct project or program direction, approach, and key artifacts • Work with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions • Contribute to program vision and advise on project strategies involving enabling technologies, including the Salesforce Platform • Teach complex concepts and provide creative, prescriptive thinking

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience • 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects • Strong application design skills • Strong data, integration, and security architecture skills • Experience in the Life Sciences industry, particularly Pharma/Biopharma • Background in pharmaceutical commercial operations, field force engagement, HCP/HCO relationship management, or regulatory compliance • Strong presentation skills • Ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to develop audience-appropriate materials • Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration • Strong experience in integration concepts, designs, and patterns • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred • Equivalent work experience will be considered • Multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications or Salesforce Certified Agentforce Life Sciences Consultant preferred • Hands-on experience with Agentforce for Life Sciences or equivalent Life Sciences CRM platforms preferred • Knowledge of HCP/HCO structures, Affiliations, Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Affairs, and compliant engagement workflows preferred • Experience supporting or delivering implementations for major pharmaceutical companies preferred • Familiarity with the agentic enterprise model and AI agents in life sciences commercial and clinical operations preferred • Trust, collaboration, and clear communication
