Beschreibung

• Own the roadmap for seller-facing quoting, approvals, and opportunity workflows across Salesforce and CPQ • Turn ambiguous go-to-market problems into shipped solutions with measurable outcomes • Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to identify and prioritize high-leverage problems • Create clickable prototypes, dashboards, data models, internal tools, and AI-assisted workflows • Partner with Engineering to harden solutions for scale • Instrument adoption and track usage and business impact • Iterate on internal tools and agents as living products • Use modern AI tools for requirements, analysis, prototyping, and building • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles while scaling globally and across new offices

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience building and owning enterprise software or internal tools • Ownership of a product domain and a track record of shipping • Experience with go-to-market or revenue systems, including Salesforce (CRM), CPQ/quoting, or adjacent sales/revenue-operations tooling • Ability to translate business problems into clear requirements and measurable product outcomes • Hands-on comfort building with modern AI tools • Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Finance, and Engineering • Ability to build clickable prototypes, SQL-backed dashboards, or working POCs • Experience building or operating AI agents/assistants in production • Deep Salesforce/CPQ domain expertise, including quote-to-cash, approvals, and opportunity management • Familiarity with automation platforms such as Workato • Hands-on SQL skills • Track record of driving adoption of internal tools • Must have the legal right to work at the company and in the specified work location, if applicable
