Beschreibung

• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Accounting and Operations to track and manage revenue, COGS and marketing spend • Develop, present and implement portfolio business plans for assigned product portfolios and market channels • Manage pricing, supplier relationships, go-to-market strategies and product positioning • Create, execute and manage marketing programs, including online initiatives, advertising, sales force materials, trade show marketing and vendor marketing programs • Use sales data, market data, pricing strategies, customer segmentation and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and markets • Support expansion of new products and channels to drive revenue and build brand equity • Conduct market research to uncover customer needs • Develop cross-promotional activities with Manufacturer Partners • Contribute to and lead clinical and product training programs • Monitor the marketplace and competition and adjust marketing plans accordingly • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to support sales and profitability of multiple product lines • Analyze business developments and monitor market trends • Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets • Manage development and distribution of collateral materials • Provide support for departmental projects as directed by the Director of Product Management • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field • Minimum of three to five years product/marketing management experience within a value-added distribution industry, business-to-business selling environment, or the health care products industry • Understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management is a plus • Prior healthcare experience is a plus • Demonstrated experience with product/category management, product positioning, customer segmentation, pricing, communication and marketing strategies • Ability to think strategically and execute with strong attention to detail • Excellent project management skills • Strong business acumen with advanced planning and forecasting capabilities, including exceptional financial and analytical skills • Ability to analyze data, articulate trends and provide business insights • Experience with effective supplier relationship management • Understanding of new product launch processes and an innovative, entrepreneurial mindset • Exceptional communication, collaboration and influencing skills • Ability to translate and communicate business and market needs to align stakeholders • Experience directing creative strategies and tactics • Experience working with contracts, including creating, redlining, negotiating and finalizing agreements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM, with strong Excel analytical skills and advanced PowerPoint capabilities • Ability to independently manage all aspects of the role in a remote environment • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds • Ability to travel for business purposes • Ability to secure confidential information • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including variable hours, after-hours and occasional weekends
