• Responsible for proactively selling the full range of the Bioprocess Solutions portfolio by both in-person and remote interaction to assigned (bio)pharmaceutical key accounts • Build and manage relationships on all levels at the assigned accounts • Meet growth targets and objectives for assigned accounts • Identifying new opportunities to gain market share in established and new processes – both commercialized processes and development • Work closely with technical and service teams and further internal stakeholders, utilizing these resources to support value offerings throughout the entire sales process • Conduct presentations, generate quotations and close deals with the customer • Generate transparency by reporting using CRM software tools
• Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science/Biotechnology discipline or similar • First experience as Account Manager selling complex products, ideally in a B2B environment. • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a benefit • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, both written and spoken • Strong communication skills, proactive, goal-oriented and collaborative attitude • Ability to interact across all levels of target organizations • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of working time • Identification with our core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment
