Beschreibung

• Help clients turn complex business challenges into AI-enabled outcomes that create measurable value • Lead work from problem definition through solution shaping, delivery, adoption and value realisation • Understand client objectives, operating context, stakeholders, data, technology and constraints • Run interviews, workshops and analysis to frame ambiguous business challenges and prioritise use cases • Build value cases, define success measures and assess intervention value • Shape solution concepts, executable roadmaps, delivery plans and proposals • Mobilise and lead multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, optimisation specialists, engineers, designers and product managers • Facilitate trade-offs across value, pace, scope, cost, risk and technical quality • Translate between executive, operational, product and technical audiences • Own product thinking across desirability, viability, feasibility, usability and value • Plan rollout, transfer knowledge, measure benefits and iterate after implementation • Grow client relationships, identify follow-on value and develop reusable methods, propositions and products • Support effective, cohesive delivery teams and promote continual improvement and psychological safety • Coach, mentor and support other Satalians

🎯 Anforderungen

• Substantial experience shaping and leading technology-enabled change, independently operating with senior stakeholders • Experience taking technology work beyond strategy into implementation, adoption or operation • Understanding of machine learning, generative AI, optimisation and agentic systems • Evidence of high agency and ability to create momentum without complete information or formal authority • Ability to solve unfamiliar problems, decompose complexity, test assumptions and find practical routes forward • Commercial judgement connecting effort to value and reasoning about ROI, scope, risk and intervention value • Ability to influence without authority and align stakeholders across organisational boundaries • Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams through difficult delivery trade-offs • Comfort working alongside data scientists, optimisation specialists and engineers • Clear communication, including presenting to boards and interrogating solution designs • Product thinking and pragmatism balancing ambition against client data, systems, capability, budget and change appetite • Learning mindset and ability to learn new domains quickly • A technical degree or equivalent practical depth in computer science, engineering, mathematics or a related field (nice to have) • Depth in a named sector or discipline such as creative and marketing, retail, supply chain, financial services, optimisation, simulation or agentic systems (nice to have)
