Beschreibung

• You will define and effectively communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal teams and key stakeholders. • You will lead the product development process from concept to launch. • You will continuously monitor product performance using key metrics and user feedback to refine and iterate on the product. • You will synthesize and communicate results, insights, and actionable recommendations to the leadership team and all relevant stakeholders.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager leading software teams that have shipped high-quality, high-value products on schedule. • Proven record of launching products from 0 to 1 (from concept to launch). • Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and familiarity with product management tools (Airtable, Linear). • Proven ability to define product strategies, create product roadmaps, and execute against them. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Strong understanding of Energy Markets, including familiarity with how energy markets work, energy contracts, energy billing, tariffs, and demand-response systems. • Understanding of Bitcoin basics, including what it is, how it works, its key components, and related applications. • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
