Beschreibung

• Strategically develop and grow merchandise supply in the territory through the FUNDrive program • Generate leads and develop relationships with nonprofit organizations to meet supply needs • Manage and create accountability for Market Associate reports to achieve specified goals • Develop strong relationships with operations, RSCM teams, and local nonprofit organizations • Build community outreach strategies to increase brand awareness and identify partnership opportunities • Develop and organize strategies for nonprofit partners to earn revenue through FUNDrive • Grow FUNDrive volume through influence and follow-up during and after events • Collaborate on national event selection and lead local activation • Support new store launches by building community connections, driving donations, and increasing awareness • Identify marketing opportunities to generate leads • Develop referrals with local nonprofit partners to increase volume • Partner with District Managers and Store Managers to ensure adherence to FUNDrive standards and receipt of goods • Coach and manage a team toward a strong pipeline of large and small relationships • Plan, track, and measure weekly and monthly results • Assess opportunities, adjust behaviors, maximize success, and reinforce effective practices • Develop and execute the FUNDrive program strategy for the assigned supply territory • Collaborate with Regional Area Development Manager, FUNDrive Associate Director, District Managers, Store Managers, CDC Ambassadors, and Regional Supply Chain Manager

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree required • Minimum 5 years of sales team management experience • Marketing and entrepreneurial experience a plus • 2–3 years in the regional, multi-unit chain arena • Proficient in Office 365, CRM, Power BI, Excel, and reporting • Experience with presentations and PowerPoint • Experience in sales and team management • Strong business analytics and reporting skills • Some exposure and/or experience in social media • Lead generation and business development skills • Leadership and team-building skills • Analytical, mathematical, and reporting abilities • Persuasion and selling skills, from cold outreach to close • Excellent time management, project coordination, and follow-through • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask with minimal supervision • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to work within Savers’ culture • Ability to influence store activation • Results-driven disposition with numbered targets • Self-starter mentality • Willingness to travel 1–2 times per year for regional and/or national meetings • Must work Central or Eastern Time schedule
