Beschreibung

• Own the product roadmap for data onboarding, from legacy POS data extraction through conversion, validation, and go-live • Drive automation of data cleaning and transformation to reduce time-to-live and cost-to-serve per install • Improve internal tooling and workflows for onboarding specialists • Ship customer-facing product changes that provide retailers visibility, confidence, and control during onboarding • Coordinate communications and cross-functional readiness for installs and ensure successful install days • Define product requirements and success metrics based on install outcomes, specialist efficiency, and customer experience • Chart the path toward self-serve onboarding • Plan for scale as the user base grows • Use AI tooling to accelerate product discovery, design, and process automation • Partner with approximately eight engineers, onboarding specialists, and go-to-market teams • Report to a Product Director

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in software or SaaS • Prior experience with customer onboarding or implementation products • Experience with data problems: migration, conversion, ETL, data quality, or similar • Strategic thinking while shipping against a near-term roadmap • Ability to find alignment across stakeholders with different incentives and constraints • Ability to advocate for the engineering team, onboarding specialist team, and customer • Experience using AI tooling for discovery, design, and personal process automation, including developing Claude skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences • Proactive, accountable, and comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment
