Beschreibung

• Own the television budget and P&L, allocating spend across networks, stations, and dayparts with CPL and cost-per-closed-transaction targets • Deploy national Spanish-language TV, local broadcast news, DRTV, CTV, DOOH, and cinema campaigns in 3–5 concentrated metros • Negotiate directly with networks and station groups • Verify media delivery against post-logs and enforce make-goods and remedies • Direct TV creative briefs, direct-response spots, long-form formats, and testing rotations • Manage production partners and output • Build TV response measurement and attribution infrastructure from scratch • Integrate TV attribution into company-wide acquisition reporting • Partner with the VP of Marketing on retargeting, landing pages, and lead handoff • Partner with sales on lead definitions and speed-to-lead

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years in direct-response/performance marketing • 5+ years leading marketing or media teams where revenue depended on consumer lead generation • Mastery and control of television as a lead-generation medium • Personal experience negotiating with networks and station groups on rates, dayparts, adjacencies, and make-goods • Experience building and scaling DRTV and CTV campaigns with lead attribution to spot and daypart • Experience personally verifying delivery against post-logs • Experience making weekly TV kill/scale decisions using cost-per-lead and cost-per-transaction • Deep residential real estate experience acquiring home sellers • Experience marketing to homeowners who want or need to sell through a real estate wholesaling operation, home-buying company, iBuyer, sale-leaseback or home equity platform, or seller-side lead-generation business • Knowledge of motivated-seller economics, seller triggers, speed-to-lead discipline, and marketing to homeowners under pressure without being predatory • CPL/CAC numbers defensible line by line • Managed $1M+ annual media budgets, with television as the major component • Built measurement infrastructure from scratch • Managed production and agency ecosystems • Preferred but not required: Spanish-language TV experience, long-form educational content, credit/barter media structures, metro-concentration strategies, and category-creation experience
