Beschreibung

• Design end-to-end ServiceTitan solutions aligned to customer business goals, operational maturity, and trade best practices • Translate customer workflows into scalable configurations across: Business Units, Job Types, Campaigns, Pricebooks, Memberships, Dispatch, Reporting, and Integrations • Act as the subject-matter expert on ServiceTitan platform capabilities, limitations, and roadmap-aligned solutions • Evaluate and design integrations with third-party systems (e.g., accounting, payroll, CRM, marketing, BI tools) • Lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders • Partner with Implementation and Customer Success teams during onboarding, optimization, and expansion phases • Create and maintain solution documentation, diagrams, and decision logs.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in: Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, Systems Design, or Implementation roles • Experience designing and supporting SaaS platforms with complex business logic • Strong understanding of service-based or field service businesses (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, or similar) • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan (implementation, configuration, or administration) • Experience with: ERP / FSM systems • API-based integrations • Accounting systems (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) • Background in customer success, professional services, or enterprise SaaS • Familiarity with data modeling, reporting, and analytics concepts.
