Beschreibung

• Generate increased new patient appointments through over-the-phone prospective customer consultations and closing new business • Use a “soft sell” and empathetic approach to convert prospective customers into satisfied customers • Respond to questions and explain the features and benefits of choosing US Fertility • Coordinate with USF offices and supervisors to ensure seamless transitions for prospective customers referred to medical diagnosis and treatment • Prepare and report metrics on inside sales results • Make recommendations to leadership on improving processes and increasing sales • Maintain an accurate customer database tracking relevant program information and prospective-customer progress • Document unusual circumstances and conversations with potential customers in the database • Follow up with all prospective customers

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree required in Biology, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field • Bilingual Spanish preferred • Five years customer service experience with at least two-three years inside sales experience • Competency in active listening and relationship building • Ability to communicate with empathy, accurately, and concisely • Ability to build deep personal connections with emotional callers • Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills • Ability to function in a self directed manner, organize work tasks and information efficiently, monitor quality/effectiveness, collaborate within and across teams, and execute timely and accurate follow through • Working knowledge of healthcare services/fertility is a plus • Must reside in and be authorized to work in New York, New Jersey, South Carolina, Florida, or Pennsylvania
