Beschreibung

• Design scalable, maintainable full stack systems aligned with Sharetec's Digital roadmap • Drive technical design discussions for modernization initiatives and the new Digital API integration layer • Evaluate and recommend frontend and backend tooling, patterns, and architectural decisions • Advocate for secure-by-default design through code review, scanning, and testing • Contribute to API design standards and integration patterns • Build, test, and maintain production-quality features across Digital Banking web and mobile platforms • Develop iOS and Android applications built with React Native • Write clean, documented, and tested TypeScript, React, C#, and ASP.NET Core code • Manage work from design and implementation through code review, testing, and production monitoring • Work in Docker containerized environments and contribute to CI/CD pipeline health • Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and cloud databases • Deliver sprint commitments and surface scope risks early • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and process improvement • Share knowledge through documentation, pairing, and team discussions • Support onboarding and mentor teammates • Own and deliver end-to-end features from backend API through frontend component • Serve as technical owner for Digital platform modules or feature areas • Drive or co-lead architecture decisions and improve delivery velocity and predictability

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated full stack ownership • Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript • Experience with Next.js or a comparable server-side rendering framework • Experience shipping production mobile applications to the App Store and Google Play • Experience with React Native; native Swift or Kotlin experience encouraged • Solid backend development experience; comfort learning and working in C# expected • RESTful API design and integration experience, including versioning, authentication, and external service integrations • Production experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL • Experience with Docker and containerized development or deployment environments • Experience contributing to or leading modernization of an existing production system • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first, async environment • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience • Preferred: direct C# and ASP.NET Core experience • Preferred: native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development • Preferred: Tailwind CSS, ShadCN, Radix UI, or MUI familiarity • Preferred: financial services, fintech, or banking software background • Preferred: compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or PCI-DSS • Preferred: multi-tenant or platform-scale API architecture experience • Preferred: Agile/Scrum and distributed remote engineering team experience
