Beschreibung

• Partner with account teams to lead technical discovery and assess customer environments, identifying infrastructure needs and transformation opportunities • Design, present, and refine tailored infrastructure solutions aligned with customer business goals, technical requirements, and financial considerations • Own the technical pre-sales lifecycle for assigned opportunities, including solution design, validation, and customer presentations • Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs and technology partners • Advise customers and IT leadership on technology strategy and modernization • Lead technical enablement and training initiatives for sales teams • Drive pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and advancing solution opportunities • Develop and deliver solution presentations, demos, and technical workshops • Mentor junior Solutions Engineers • Collaborate with services, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful handoff

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong hands-on experience with data center infrastructure, including hybrid cloud, virtualization, and modern compute/storage platforms • Advanced knowledge of hypervisors, Docker, Kubernetes, and software-defined data centers • Ability to design and position solutions across Data Center, AWS/Azure Cloud, Networking, and Security domains • Experience with Dell, HPE, Cisco, NetApp, Pure Storage, VMware, Nutanix, Veeam, and public cloud platforms • Understanding of disaster recovery, business continuity, and high availability architectures • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions • Experience supporting pre-sales environments, solution demos, POCs, and technical validations • Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required • 5+ years of experience in a similar role • Ability to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events • Advanced certification in mainstream technologies preferred
