Beschreibung

• Own assigned accounts and opportunities within the territory • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with regional and national objectives • Identify growth opportunities within existing customers and targeted prospects • Maintain understanding of customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market trends • Conduct business reviews and adjust strategies • Build relationships with distribution partners and sales representatives • Develop joint territory and account growth strategies • Conduct joint customer visits and business reviews • Educate distributor personnel on portfolio offerings and competitive differentiation • Identify, develop, and convert new customer opportunities • Maintain an opportunity funnel for new business and account expansion • Drive competitive conversions and strategic account penetration • Deliver clinical, operational, and financial value propositions • Conduct workflow assessments and recommend solutions • Collaborate cross-functionally on customer-specific solutions • Build relationships with healthcare decision-makers and influencers • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, utilization, adoption, and expansion of Point of Care solutions • Maintain sales activity, pipeline, and forecast records through CRM tools • Participate in business reviews, forecasting discussions, and account planning • Uphold ethical sales practices, regulatory compliance, and customer transparency

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant sales experience in a related discipline • Minimum 5+ years of experience in clinical diagnostic sales, corporate accounts, hospital purchasing organizations, or complex sales • Proven success in new business acquisition, account expansion, and customer retention • Experience working with healthcare distribution partners and indirect sales channels • Experience with strategic sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN, or Solution Selling • Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills • Ability to work independently in a field-based role with regional travel • Must reside within the geographically assigned territory • Must meet applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
