Beschreibung

• Monitor and triage Guardian and PROA events (Sc0/Sc1/Sc2) via remote diagnostic platforms including SRS, HPOV, and PEAK • Apply clinical and technical validation to determine risk and urgency • Translate predictive findings into actionable dispatches for field service engineers, schedulers, and customer care teams • Coordinate field response as the bridge between remote intelligence and on-site execution • Track dispatch rates, premature closures, and event accuracy • Identify patterns, refine processes, and feed operational insights back to global engineering and product teams • Author PROA Success Stories and Non-Event Reports quantifying prevented disruptions • Collaborate with Regional Service Managers, Customer Service Engineers, dispatchers, Service Operations organizations, and Service Engineering headquarters • Align practices and share best practices across teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• CT systems expertise preferred, including strong technical knowledge of CT platforms such as the SOMATOM family • Knowledge of X-ray tube physics, gantry mechanics, cooling systems, high voltage electronics, detector arrays, and software diagnostics • Experience with KPI development, root cause analysis, and iterative process optimization • Proficiency with remote monitoring tools, service notification workflows, and data-driven triage • Ability to translate complex technical findings into plain-language guidance for field teams, schedulers, management, and customers • Proven ability to manage high event volumes with consistent quality, accurate documentation, and timely follow-through • Alternating shifts: 7am to 3pm and 2pm to 10pm U.S. East Coast Hours • Molecular Imaging knowledge preferred, including familiarity with PET/CT or SPECT systems • Cooling physics and mechanics preferred, including understanding of chiller systems and thermal management • Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites • Must meet all applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
