Beschreibung

• Quickly gain deep product knowledge and use it to drive the sales process and adoption of Sifted solutions • Bridge Sales, Engineering, and Client Success teams • Align customer pain points with Sifted’s functional solutions • Serve as the subject matter expert on the Sifted platform • Lead pre-sales initiatives with prospective clients • Capture and provide customer feedback for product improvements • Implement custom solutions and support ad hoc projects • Contribute to development and thought leadership supporting growth of the Sifted platform • Curate partner presentations communicating platform solutions and benefits • Establish trusted-advisor and technical-authority relationships with clients from technical staff to C-suite executives • Provide sales leadership with reports on sales activities and projects • Maintain timely communication and action to minimize wait times

🎯 Anforderungen

• Technical capability to capture, interpret, quantify, and clearly document customer requirements • Extensive experience within the parcel industry • Minimum of 3 years of pre-sales engineering experience preferred • Demonstrated ability to embrace AI as a core tool for problem-solving and innovation • Experience within SaaS • Preferred technical ability with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, or other BI tools • Proven ability to align with sales teams to close deals • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels • Creative and strategic thinking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and inquisitive • Self-driven, results-oriented approach • Business development acumen • Strong presentation skills • Ability to develop and maintain strong external and internal relationships • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills • Track record of enabling data-driven teams • Willingness to embrace AI as a core tool for problem-solving and innovation
