Beschreibung

• Support the accurate and timely processing of sales commissions • Ensure commissions are calculated and processed accurately every period • Maintain data integrity across all commission inputs and tracking systems • Serve as a dependable resource for Finance during monthly and quarterly close • Support the Sales team with timely, accurate answers to commission questions • Reconcile and validate sales data inputs including bookings, quota attainment, and plan adjustments • Maintain commission tracking systems and ensure records are current and accurate • Prepare commission accruals, variance reports, and supporting schedules for Finance close • Investigate and resolve commission disputes from sales representatives in a timely manner • Develop a working knowledge of all active commission plans and apply them correctly • Distribute commission statements to payees and respond to calculation inquiries • Document processes and identify opportunities to improve accuracy or efficiency
