Beschreibung

• Build and own WLT’s global membership marketing strategy • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social, and partnerships to drive recruitment and reduce churn • Create and optimize lead nurture sequences through A/B testing of messaging, timing, and offers • Track, analyze, and report on conversion, open, and renewal KPIs • Oversee the full membership lifecycle from application review and onboarding through engagement and renewals • Lead recruitment campaigns and maintain a proactive retention calendar • Write monthly member letters and partner updates • Develop WLT’s messaging framework and recruitment and retention copy for emails, landing pages, and reports • Manage the Member Ambassador Program and regional meetups, including venue logistics and event marketing • Build and maintain CRM dashboards showing pipeline health and retention risk • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment • Manage membership lifecycle operations, CRM platforms, budgets, and campaign workstreams

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3–5 years of experience in membership, community management, marketing, or client success • Experience ideally within media, associations, or the events space • Proven track record of building and executing marketing campaigns with measurable acquisition and retention outcomes • Strong copywriting skills • Technical proficiency with CRM systems, including HubSpot, marketing automation, membership platforms, and email nurture sequences or conversion funnels • Data fluency, including pulling reports, interpreting trends, and translating metrics into actionable next steps • Exceptional organizational skills for managing outreach cycles, regional events, and campaign workstreams simultaneously • Self-starter mindset • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, asynchronous remote environment • Hands-on ownership of high-visibility programs • Cover letter and resume required for application
