Beschreibung

• Lead, schedule, and maintain Slate's company-owned PR, marketing, and influencer vehicle fleet • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, functionality, presentation readiness, condition, mileage, and service records • Coordinate repairs, detailing, recalls, and software updates • Schedule media and influencer vehicle loans, pickups, and drop-offs • Coordinate vehicle placement with press and content creators through fleet vendors • Align vehicle availability with editorial, campaign, event, photo/video shoot, and media-drive calendars • Coordinate vehicle pickup, delivery, and transportation across markets • Manage dealerships, service centers, detailing vendors, fleet management providers, and logistics vendors • Build preventive maintenance schedules and onboard new vendors • Own and track the fleet budget, report spend, reduce cost per vehicle, and partner with Finance on forecasting • Maintain registration, titling, insurance, safety, DOT, regulatory, condition, mileage, and chain-of-custody documentation • Partner with Marketing, PR, and Experiential teams • Provide stakeholders with accurate vehicle information and availability • Implement process improvements and scalable fleet systems • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience • 10+ years of experience managing a vehicle fleet • Experience working with fleet management service providers and media/influencer vehicle loan programs • Proficiency in Smartsheets, Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management software • Experience with vendor and budget management tools • Comfortable using scheduling and logistics platforms • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to operate independently in a remote role and make sound decisions under time pressure • Experience in automotive PR, brand ambassador programs, or experiential marketing preferred • Knowledge of, or interest in, the automotive and electric vehicle industries preferred • Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing a department budget preferred • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis • Visa sponsorship is unavailable
