Beschreibung

• Define, design, architect, implement, and deliver Slate software • Code and test system components • Lead code and design reviews • Own end-to-end code quality, system tests, functional tests, and integration • Simplify systems and solve challenging problems through innovation and creativity • Collaborate with UX and product teams to build customer-focused solutions and applications • Serve as an authority on technical issues and advise on difficult trade-off decisions • Drive awareness of the business impact and consequences of technical decisions • Balance technical leadership with business judgment when making long-term technology choices • Support career development and mentor individuals and the technical community on advanced technical issues • Help managers guide team members’ career growth

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent work experience • 6+ years of professional software development experience • 6+ years of programming experience with at least one modern language, such as TypeScript, Python, Java, etc. • 6+ years of experience working with cloud services from AWS and/or Azure • 4+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and current systems, including architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling • 4+ years of experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience • Proficient use of LLM technologies and prompt engineering development patterns
