Beschreibung

• Lead the strategy and implementation of ABM campaigns and tactics for the Enterprise Business Unit • Serve as Enterprise Marketing’s primary liaison with Revenue leadership • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with account teams to drive engagement and achieve pipeline targets • Drive programming strategy for new pipeline, expansion growth, acceleration, and retention goals • Enter new industries for expansion • Partner with sales leaders to identify high-value targets and formulate growth strategies • Partner with Demand Generation to align ABM efforts with global demand generation strategy • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and ideal customer profile segment targets • Track performance and ROI to optimize campaigns and maximize budget efficiency • Test, evaluate, and optimize campaigns using a data-driven approach • Manage campaign reporting dashboards • Lead development and execution of campaigns targeting enterprise accounts • Drive qualified leads to sales and optimize conversion through the sales funnel • Partner with enterprise marketing and sales enablement on cross-functional programming strategy

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience specializing in Account-Based Marketing • Proven track record developing and executing successful ABM campaigns with measurable results • Ability to moderate account planning sessions with Sales, agencies, and marketing stakeholders • Experience communicating marketing strategies and results to diverse stakeholders • Ability to encourage data-driven decision-making at the highest levels of a business • Proven success implementing strategic account, vertical, and/or ABM marketing programs • Broad digital marketing skills, including paid media, SEM, and social media • Event and content marketing skills • Understanding of current Cloud, SaaS, and GenAI trends • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills • Foundational knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools, including Marketo, SFDC, 6sense, and Mutiny • Strong analytical abilities and skill turning data into actionable insights • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Enterprise SaaS environment with a lean, collaborative team
