Beschreibung

• Drive Sezzle’s implementation of the NIST Privacy Framework from roadmap to operating program, including Current and Target Profiles, gap analysis, a prioritized and costed action plan, and ongoing monitoring aligned with US and Canadian privacy requirements • Own privacy risk assessments and Privacy Impact Assessments for new products, features, and third-party vendors • Operate an intake and disposition process for privacy reviews • Build and maintain the enterprise data inventory and data map with Engineering • Track the lifecycle of consumer information and manage automation and fulfillment of access, deletion, and opt-out requests • Administer de-identification and aggregation standards and approval workflows • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Marketing to embed privacy-by-design • Run the cross-functional privacy working group and maintain the decision log and obligations register • Track program metrics and support executive and board-level reporting • Collaborate with Information Security on privacy incidents and cross-border data transfer risks

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of dedicated experience managing data privacy programs • Experience standing up at least one privacy program or major component from early stage to steady state • Experience implementing a recognized privacy or security framework; NIST Privacy Framework strongly preferred, with NIST CSF or ISO 27701 also relevant • Strong working knowledge of CCPA/CPRA and broader US state privacy laws, TCPA, GLBA, PIPEDA, and Quebec Law 25 • Fluency in de-identification, aggregation, and other privacy-enhancing techniques • Ability to translate complex legal mandates into actionable business processes • High emotional intelligence and ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to run cross-functional working groups and present clearly to executives • Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects in a fast-paced environment • CIPM plus CIPP/US or CIPP/C preferred; CIPT is a plus • Familiarity with privacy technology platforms such as OneTrust, Securiti.ai, or WireWheel • Experience with data infrastructure analytics • Experience navigating financial regulations and compliance frameworks such as GLBA and PCI-DSS • Public-company experience, including supporting audit committee or board-level reporting
