Beschreibung

• Manage multiple high-volume Promotional and Print projects (up to $2MM annually) • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and alignment with gross profit goals • Oversee full order lifecycle—from sourcing and quoting to delivery—while maintaining accurate records in ERP systems • Gather order specifications, obtain competitive quotes from preferred vendors, and manage vendor relationships while tracking production schedules to ensure cost efficiency and on-time delivery • Collaborate across internal teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely, cost-effective fulfillment • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency • Manage logistics, inventory, and eCommerce platforms, including client stores and workflows • Ensure compliance with internal systems, processes, supplier invoicing, and work-in-progress (WIP) management, while consistently delivering exceptional customer service • Support the team, business goals, and broader organizational initiatives by performing additional related duties as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in project management or client-facing roles • 3+ years specifically in print and promotional products • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and ERP systems • Deep knowledge of product categories including print, direct mail, branded merchandise, and vendor management • Experience with Microsoft Business Central • Skilled in full order lifecycle management, inventory tracking, and sourcing • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating with internal teams as needed • Management experience required
